產(chǎn)業(yè)前景與舉辦城市：
中國(guó)人口老齡化趨勢(shì)持續(xù)加速，2022年，中國(guó)60歲以上人口2.91億人，所占比重已經(jīng)達(dá)到19.7%。65歲以上人口2.3億人，占總?cè)丝诘?6.2%。自山東進(jìn)入重度老齡化社會(huì),老年人口逾2239萬(wàn)，居全國(guó)之首，每4人中就有1個(gè)老年人。但全國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度還較低，養(yǎng)老服務(wù)專業(yè)人才短缺，社會(huì)認(rèn)同感不強(qiáng)，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不平衡，本土養(yǎng)老品牌少。隨著對(duì)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策支持，市場(chǎng)需求的不斷加大，養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)已成為我國(guó)具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男袠I(yè)。The trend of aging population in China continues to accelerate. In 2022, the population aged 60 and above in China reached 291 million, accounting for 19.7%. The population aged 65 and above is 230 million, accounting for 16.2% of the total population. Since Shandong entered a severely aging society, the elderly population has exceeded 22.39 million, ranking first in the country, with one elderly person in every four. However, the marketization and industrialization level of the national elderly care service industry is still relatively low, with a shortage of professional talents in elderly care services, weak social identity, imbalanced industrial development, and a lack of local elderly care brands. With the policy support for the elderly care industry and the increasing market demand, elderly care services have become a promising industry in China.
